Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the SaaS solution, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the service.

  1. Scope:

  2. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the Clinic Management Software as a Service (SaaS) provided by 3yada Online ("Service Provider") to the clinic or medical facility ("Client" or "You").


  3. Grant of License:

  4. Service Provider grants Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Clinic Management software for its internal clinic management purposes during the subscription period.


  5. Subscription:

  6. The use of the SaaS solution is subject to the payment of the applicable subscription fees.
    The subscription period begins upon successful registration and continues for the duration specified in the subscription plan selected by the Client.


  7. User Accounts:

  8. Client will receive individual user accounts based on the selected subscription plan. Each user account is intended for use by one designated individual only. Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities that occur under the user accounts.


  9. Data Privacy and Security:

  10. Service Provider will take reasonable measures to safeguard the data entered by the Client into the SaaS solution. However, the Client acknowledges that data transmitted over the internet cannot be completely secure, and Service Provider shall not be liable for any data breaches or unauthorized access to Client's data.


  11. Support and Maintenance:

  12. Service Provider will provide reasonable technical support and maintenance services for the SaaS solution during the subscription period. Any additional services may be subject to extra charges.


  13. Acceptable Use:

  14. Client agrees not to use the SaaS solution for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes. The service shall not be used to store or transmit any content that infringes upon the rights of any third party.


  15. Termination:

  16. All accounts will be terminated if the client did not renew the subscription for another period by the end of the last day of the subscription. Upon termination, the Client's access to the SaaS solution will be immediately revoked.


  17. Data Ownership:

  18. The data entered by the Client into the SaaS solution remains the property of the Client. Upon termination of this Agreement, Service Provider shall provide a reasonable opportunity for the Client to download and export its data.


  19. Liability:

  20. Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, contract, or otherwise, shall 3yada Online be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits results from using the products purchased through us.


  21. Refund:

  22. a. Trial Period: The SaaS solution is offered to clients for a complimentary trial period of 14 days, enabling them to thoroughly evaluate the system before making a purchase.


    b. Cancellation and Refunds during Paid Subscription: If the Client decides to cancel the paid subscription within 14 days from the date of the initial payment, a refund will be provided for the remaining unused portion of the subscription period, after deducting any setup or administration fees. Refunds will be processed within 30 day of receiving the cancellation request.


    c. No Refunds after 14 Days: After the 14 days refund period has elapsed, no refund requests will be entertained, and the Client will be liable for the full subscription fee for the entire subscription period


    d. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be applicable to the Client who made the original payment for the subscription. The refund amount will be made to the same payment method used during the initial purchase.


    e. Termination by Service Provider: In the event that Service Provider terminates this Agreement due to a breach of the terms by the Client, no refund will be issued, and the Client will be liable for any outstanding subscription fees.


    f. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, the Client must submit a written refund request to support@3yada.online stating the reason for the cancellation and refund.


  23. Modification of Terms:

  24. Service Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
    Updated terms will be posted on the Service Provider's website, and continued use of the SaaS solution constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


  25. Governing Law:

  26. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
